In compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation 2023/988), G.O.A.T - Greatest of All Time provides the following safety information for all products sold on goatfitwear.com.

For the purposes of GPSR Article 16, the above entity acts as the EU-based economic operator responsible for the products sold on goatfitwear.com. Products are produced on demand by our print-on-demand partners and shipped from within the EU.

All products sold on goatfitwear.com are intended for adults (16 years and older), unless otherwise stated. Our products meet applicable EU requirements for:

Restricted substances (formaldehyde, azo dyes, lead, cadmium, bisphenols, phthalates, where applicable)
General product safety under EU 2023/988

Apparel-Specific Safety Information

Intended use: Our apparel is designed for sports, athletic, and casual wear. Use as directed on care labels.

Care: Always follow the care instructions provided on the care label and in the product description. Improper washing or drying may damage the garment or affect its performance properties.

Sports bras and compression items: These products are intended to provide support during light to moderate physical activity. They are not medical devices and are not designed to treat or prevent injury.

UPF-rated items: Items marked with UPF 50 protection provide sun protection only over the area covered by the fabric. UPF protection may decrease over time with washing and wear.

Materials and Compliance

Detailed material composition for each product is listed on the individual product page. All materials used meet EU safety standards for textile products in contact with skin.

Some products contain synthetic fibers (polyester, elastane). These materials may release plastic microfibers into the environment during washing. We recommend using a microfiber-catching laundry bag where possible.

Recalls and Safety Notices

Any active product recalls or safety notices will be posted on this page. To date, no recalls have been issued for G.O.A.T - Greatest of All Time products.

Warranty

All products carry the standard EU statutory warranty of 2 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear or misuse.
