Return & Withdrawal Policy – G.O.A.T Fitwear

This Return & Withdrawal Policy explains how G.O.A.T Fitwear handles returns, withdrawals, and replacements for all orders placed through goatfitwear.com.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@goatfitwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your name and order number. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products once the seal has been opened, items clearly marked as final sale, or products made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of return shipment, provided the return meets the conditions above.

Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@goatfitwear.com and provide:

- A photo of the product
- A photo of the defect or printing issue
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, misprinted, or incorrect. As returns are processed through our production partner Printful, return shipments may need to be sent internationally (for example to Spain or Latvia). The applicable return address will be confirmed when you contact us.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from customs, or refusal by the customer may require additional shipping costs before they can be reshipped. Returned items are held for 30 days before being donated to charity if unclaimed.

Return Addresses

All returns are handled through Printful's fulfillment facilities. Always contact us at support@goatfitwear.com before returning any item, so we can confirm the correct return address for your order.
