Return Policy - G.O.A.T Fitwear

This Return Policy explains how G.O.A.T Fitwear handles returns, damaged items and replacements for all orders. Because our products are created on demand through our production partner, we follow a clear and transparent Return Policy to ensure fairness, quality and a smooth customer experience.

At G.O.A.T Fitwear, every product is made specifically for each customer when an order is placed. For this reason, returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, personal preference or deciding you no longer want the item are not accepted. Please check our size guides carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, our Return Policy guarantees that we will resolve the issue quickly. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and provide photos of:

the product

the defect or printing issue

the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund if needed.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failure to pick up at customs or refusal by the customer fall under our standard Return Policy. Re-shipping a returned order requires additional shipping costs. Printful holds returned items for 30 days before donating them to charity if they remain unclaimed.

Return Addresses

All returns are automatically sent to the Printful facility that fulfilled the order. Return locations include the United States, Canada, Spain, Latvia, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Brazil. Customers must always contact G.O.A.T Fitwear before returning any item, even though Printful’s address may be displayed for return purposes only.

Custom Return Addresses

We currently use Printful’s return addresses and do not accept returns at private or business locations. Custom return addresses are not supported.
